Buckaroo is a payment service provider based in the Netherlands. We help online merchants accept payments across the Benelux, the DACH region and the rest of Europe, combining the local payment methods shoppers recognise at checkout with the reporting and reconciliation tools finance teams need.
Working with Buckaroo
Merchants contract with us directly for payment processing, so one agreement covers the payment methods in the checkout, from local Benelux methods to international methods, wallets and buy now, pay later. Our own integration team builds and maintains the official Shopware extension, which means the connection between Shopware and our platform is supported by the same company that processes the payments. Onboarding is handled by our own team, with a test environment available before going live.
We also process in-store payments, so merchants selling both online and in physical locations can work with one provider and see both channels in one reporting environment. The Shopware extension covers online payments; in-store payments are arranged separately through our own team.

Merchants and agencies reach our technical support team directly, in Dutch, English and German. Documentation, release notes and the changelog for the Shopware extension are published publicly.
